Nutritionist. Health & Life Coach. Yogi. Traveller. I’m a nutrition coach, who over the past 15 years has spent my time exploring the world and learning how to become the healthiest and happiest version of myself. What’s the most important thing I learnt? It all starts with your gut!

Your Coach

Angharad is a nutritionist and health & lifestyle coach based in Hokkaido, Japan.

Supporting and guiding both women and men to implement positive health & lifestyle changes into their lives, Angharad graduated as a qualified nutritionist with a BSc (Hons) Food & Nutrition in 2009, and has since gone on to complete her accreditation as a Health & Life Coach after 15 years as a nutritionist. She has been coaching clients on their health journeys since 2021.

  • Food & Nutrition, Manchester Metropolitan University, BSc (Hons)
  • Health and Life Coach, CCE-Accredited by International Coaching Federation
  • 200 Hour Vinyasa Flow, Nadi Wellness
  • 90 Hour Aerial Yoga, Aerial Yoga Academy
